Refund Policy
In case of a damaged product, or a manufacturing error: If you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, we will happily offer a free replacement (including shipping), or a refund for a damaged item.
Astro Lux does not offer refunds, except in a case of double payment mistake, or in a case of a damaged product.
Return Policy and Shipping
We offer free replacement (including shipping), or a refund only in a case of a damaged item, or a manufacturing error. Otherwise returns are non-refundable, including shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return of an item, which includes damaged item as well. So do not return damaged item, photo will be enough.
